The way of Diet

There are many ways of diet. They are devided into three groups.
The first one is "the control on ingestion of calorie" that restrain the amount of food
and the second one is "the promotion of consumption of calorie" that burn fat because of exercise and encourage basal metabolism. And the third one is "using together" that use two ways.

I'll introduce some ways of diet. click here!


The control on ingestion od calories

★yoghurt diet

eat only yoghurt two meals a day

★konjak diet

eat konjak at every meals and make full with low calories

★brown rice diet

change staple diet from white rice and bread to brown rice and reduce the amount of food

Brown rice contains much vitaminB1,E and dietary fiber.

★red pepper diet

heighten consumption of calories then burn fat because of capsaicin


The promotion of consumption of calorie

dumbbell diet

raise and get down 2kilograms of dumbbell
because of developing one's muscles, prevent from putting on fat.
